I've gone to a couple of dental clinics in Vancouver and none have come close to MAX Dental. The staff was incredibly kind and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. I had been putting off a cleaning for a while, but they didn't make a big deal about it, which I really appreciated. They were all very kind and understanding. They were also honest about what I needed and didn’t push any unnecessary procedures and treatments. I highly recommend them!!

The receptionist Rupinder is super helpful kind and friendly. I’ve been going to Max dental for years and the whole staff team is amazing. They do an amazing job and are very honest and thorough with their work.

Dr Clarence Wong was great in wisdom tooth extraction. Had 4 removed and the procedure was incredibly smooth. No post op swelling or complications. Great bedside manners.

I have been here several times now and I can honestly say it is the best dental clinic in Vancouver! Great staff and great professionals. I am a new patient at Max Dental, a highly recommended and professional service from start to finish. The office Manager was very friendly and helpful in getting me booked in. Brooke the hygienist who was cleaning my teeth was very thorough and gentle when performing the clean and scans. Dr. Wong and his team at Max Dental are the best. I have to drag myself going to dentist but they make it really fun, informative and easy. I have found Dr. Wong has amazing bed side manners, qualified and just a fun person.

Good: flexible scheduling; super nice staff with some recent exceptions. Pretty happy with the simple dental work.Bad: poor communication regarding treatment,$20+ fee for digital photos shot on an iphone; inappropriate comments about skin; vindictive office manager.

I’ve been going to max dental for over a decade and the service is always outstanding. From the reception to assistants to the dentist, they strive for quality customer service and outstanding work. Dr.Wong is by far the best in my opinion! He makes me feel so comfortable and calm, and is very caring and genuine. Anywhere else I have had to go to when out of the province, I’ve had to get nitrous and have severe anxiety due to terrible experiences, but never have I had any at Max Dental. Dr.Wong made me confident in my smile again and I could not be more happy! Thank your Dr.Wong and thank you Max Dental!

Such a wonderful experience with Dr. Clarence Wong and the whole team! I had my wisdom tooth bothering me and was able to quickly get an appointment. We did X-rays and extraction. So efficient and absolutely painless. Dr. Wong and his assistant explained every step and all the details, plus aftercare instructions. The whole time (which was hardly half an hour) I felt very safe and calm. Would definitely go back for all of my dental needs!Their pricing is also very reasonable and I greatly appreciated the estimates and transparency as someone without the insurance.

Contacted me after a leaving a negative review. They were extremely apologetic and understanding. I unfortunately saw a new dentist and assistant that were not great. Would definitely go back to see my previous dentist and hygienist here as I've always been very happy with every visit until the last one.
